I actually really enjoyed Edward Scissorhands.
It’s just the story about a misunderstood guy – everyone sees him as a monster while he’s just trying to be kind.
Maybe it’s because there are so many people like that on this world – they try their hardest to fit in but no-one likes them. They have no idea why and can’t seem to figure out how to be accepted by everyone else.

    • Thank you for your comment, Vousie. Edward Scissorhands is a film I loved as a child, but the older I get the more I notice its flaws. I wish I enjoyed it more because there are so many things about it that are worth liking. I hope I didn’t come across as too negative in my review of it. It’s definitely one of Tim Burton’s better films, but I just feel like I’ve outgrown Burton.
